NDLON advances justice for day laborers and immigrants by empowering them to take leadership in their communities and defend themselves against unscrupulous employers, anti-immigrant policies, and ICE raids. We work to provide safe spaces for both workers and employers to find work and protect against wage theft, retaliation and exploitation on the job. Our work creates change from the bottom up because when you empower the most vulnerable and build policies to protect them, we know that all members of society benefit as well.

Fighting Fear and Hate with Power
The National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON) needs your help to support legal defense, community organizing and public advocacy for the many millions of families who are under attack.
As the Trump Administration spreads disgraceful and shameless lies about immigrants, as they stoked fear and hate with promises of mass arrests and deportations, they want us to feel that it is useless to resist.
But resist we will, starting now and ending never. We have power when we are organized and amplify our voices against hate, fear and division.
Through the Immigrant Defense Fund, NDLON is summoning individuals, lawyers, advocates and artists to the job of shielding immigrants from unjust arrest and deportation, from labor abuses and discrimination and other forms of oppression. We are helping local communities and neighborhoods build webs of mutual support. We are supporting litigation and legal defense, raising immigrants' profiles and pressing the urgency of rescuing America's professed ideals — inclusion, tolerance, democracy — from this path of self-destruction.
